The summertime sure can drain our bodies of essential nutrients. The heat, activity, and visits with the Mr. Ice Cream man thrash any hope of being Mr./Ms. Healthy. I’m so glad that in this modern day we have vitamins to supplement what we lose through living life.
Sometimes our spiritual health gets run down as well. The heat of trials, the activity of thought, and visits with Mr. Temptation man melts the strength of our soul as fast as a Popsicle in the sun. Maybe we all could use some spiritual vitamins this week to replace what we have lost. The best thing about these supplements is you can take them as much as you like without fear of overdose. I would recommend ‘taking’ at least one a day.
